Who we are
Hamada-Ya originated in Sangenjaya back in 2001, taking the history and traditions of bread to create new values with the soul of Japan.
After 4 years, we wanted to share these delicious Japanese flavors with a global audience. With that single thought in mind, we opened our first overseas store in Torrance in 2005.

Our mission is to deliver the delicious tastes of Japan to our guests. With that single thought in mind, we opened our first overseas store in California. Trending close to the food culture of the local area, we developed new and ever more wonderful tastes. Our motto is to always bake our bread with earnestness. We offer our customers new styles of living born from our breads.
